Travel Directions

To reach our hospital take Hwy. 401 and Exit at Bloomfield Road. Once on Bloomfield Road go north and turn right on Park Ave. Follow Park Ave to first intersection (Keil Dr) and turn left. Heritage road is the second street on the left hand side, just after Canadian Tire Gas Bar. From the north side of Chatham make your way to Keil Drive via McNaugton or Grand Ave. Head south on Keil Dr. Heritage road is located on the right side just before Canadian Tire Gas Bar.
