Companion Animal Wellness and Preventative Medicine 
Our focus is to help prevent disease and illness in your family's pets. Our goal is to help you minimize the need to treat and cure preventable diseases. Preventative medicine increases your pet's chances of having a long and healthy life. We accomplish this through routine annual physical examinations of your pet, proper nutrition, parasite control and through the use of a vaccination program based on an individualized risk assessment for your pet.


Exotic Pet Wellness
Dr. Eva has a special interest in exotic animal medicine (reptiles, bunnies, pocket pets and birds). All aspects of exotic medicine are her passion. She spent most of her continuing education in the pursuit of that knowledge.

Digital Radiology 
State of the art In-house digital X-Ray equipment aids us in quickly assessing any physical injury or anomaly that may be affecting you pet’s well being. We can then quickly determine the appropriate course of action, medical and/or surgical. We offer all clients a complimentary CD with their pets x-ray images to keep for their records.



Laser Surgery
Our clinic utilizes laser surgery equipment for most procedures. This enables us to offer soft tissue surgical services that take less time, with less bleeding, and offer a quicker and more comfortable recovery time for your pet. Dr.Maros has a very strong interest in small animal surgery.

In-House Laboratory
Having laboratory equipment right here in our hospital allows us to quickly do the necessary tests (eg: blood, urine) to diagnose whatever disease or illness may be affecting your pet's health and quality of life.
This, in turn, allows us to determine the appropriate course of action, be it nutritional, pharmaceutical or surgical.

Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation
Chiropractic assesments and physical rehabilitation services are available at our facility with a Certified Animal Chiropractor. Dr.Pampiglione utilizes therapeutic laser and ultrasound techniques as well as infrared treatments and will work in conjunction with our staff Veterinarians, your family and of course your pet, to develop a treatment plan that will get your furry  friend on the road to recovery after a physical or orthopedic injury leaves them in need of a little special attention.  

Digital Dental
Here at Dewinton Pet Hospital, we apply digital dental radiology in the care of your pet's teeth. We do routine dental work such as cleaning and extractions by appointment. A pre-dentistry examination is required before any dental surgery in order to evaluate your pet's surgical health and determine what dental procedures would be beneficial to your pet. Dr.Maros has a very strong interest in dentistry.

In-House Pharmacy
 We stock several of the medications that your pet may need once a diagnosis has been made. This help us to begin treatment immediately, often before your pet leaves our hospital. Treating as early as possible improves your pet's chance of a rapid and complete recovery.

Therapeutic Diets and Nutritional Consultations
We have a wide selection of veterinary pet foods and treats for both cats and dogs that can help your pet live a long and happy life. From adult maintenance diets to specially formulated diets, such as hypoallergenic and kidney formulations, we have the diet that will suit your pet. If we do not carry the specific brand of food that you need, we can often specially order it in for you.
